Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for BPCS, SIS, DCS, and PLC platforms, including hardware diagnostics and software repairs/upgrades.
•Respond to after-hours calls for DCS/SIS/PLC issues and emergencies as the main point of contact.
•Maintain and archive PLC/DCS programs with documented backup procedures to ensure the latest programs are available.
•Develop documentation and best-practice procedures, including control narratives that meet operations, safety, and compliance expectations.
•Provide project support: implement logic/I-O additions, assist with migration plans, and coordinate with integrators/vendors to implement control changes.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of industrial programming experience or strong electrical and instrumentation skills with developed programming ability.
•Experience modifying, maintaining, and installing process control systems, including BPCS, SIS, DCS/PLC, and HMI software and hardware.
•Experience with Honeywell, Allen Bradley, and Aveva systems, including documented training courses.
•Training and experience reading and interpreting repair orders, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and engineering/equipment manuals.
•Experience developing and maintaining DCS/PLC programs and troubleshooting online process control systems (5 years in DCS/PLC maintenance preferred).
