Lead Estimator (QA)

Generate and manage construction cost estimates, valuations, and budgets across project phases and scopes. Develop schematic cost model forecasts using historical benchmarking, review tender documents for risks and ambiguities, and prepare tender-ready pricing inputs including manhours, equipment, subcontractors, and materials. Reconcile estimate variances, support quantity take-offs (manual and digital), coordinate scope clarifications during bidding, and conduct site inspections to assess conditions and risk.
