Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute all civil engineering scope for Las Vegas projects, including site development, permitting support, surveying coordination, utilities, grading, and drainage.
•Serve as a hands-on technical lead responsible for end-to-end civil deliverables—from site investigation and design through construction support and closeout.
•Act as Engineer of Record, reviewing and stamping civil design packages.
•Coordinate closely with survey, utility locating, tunneling, and construction teams to ensure safe underground work and prevent utility conflicts.
•Develop and maintain civil design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
•Active Professional Engineer (PE) license – required (Nevada preferred; other states acceptable with ability to obtain NV PE).
•10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience across design and field execution.
•Strong background in site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and surveying coordination.
•Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design workflows.
