Own growth strategy and execution for ElevenReader’s consumer acquisition engine across partnerships and integrated marketing. Build scalable partnership playbooks, launch new distribution channels (loyalty, retail, education, public sector, travel, commerce), and run co-marketing campaigns from creative development through analysis. Write high-converting messaging and build compelling offers, while partnering with Design and performance marketing to measure attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, retention, and ROAS to drive full-funnel growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale strategic consumer partnerships that drive acquisitions for ElevenReader.
•Develop integrated marketing campaigns across partnerships, paid media, email, social, OOH, PR, and product surfaces.
•Expand existing telecom & loyalty partnerships and launch new opportunities; identify and launch new distribution channels.
•Create bundled value propositions and manage co-marketing campaigns from creative development through launch and post-campaign analysis.
•Write campaign messaging and convert-ready assets (design copy, landing pages, emails/push) and measure performance using attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, retention, and ROAS to optimize growth.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, consumer marketing, or integrated marketing at a high-growth technology or consumer company.
•Exceptional growth marketing instincts, comfortable developing creative campaigns and analyzing acquisition performance.
•Experience launching and scaling partnership marketing programs that drive measurable user acquisition.
•Strong understanding of attribution, experimentation, ROAS, incrementality, and performance analytics.
•Excellent copywriting skills and strong creative judgment; able to work effectively with designers and creative teams.
