Key Responsibilities

•Own production for distributed systems at real-time scale and manage on-call rotations to drive durable improvements
•Develop and enhance observability by setting SLOs and instrumenting services with Grafana and Loki
•Lead incident response, write runbooks, and transform incidents into lasting reliability improvements
•Contribute to Backend 2.0 modernization, including C++ production work now and Rust/Go components as they come online
•Collaborate across database stack (Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL) to select appropriate workloads and optimize performance
