Key Responsibilities

•Monitor defect signals in real-time during shifts, manage SPC and inspection data to promptly detect, disposition, and escalate yield risks.
•Analyze high-volume manufacturing data using statistics and visualization to identify yield limiters and generate actionable insights.
•Compile, analyze, and report defect data to support yield learning and stakeholder communication.
•Support defect hold lot reviews and disposition decisions by integrating defect analysis, process understanding, and risk assessment.
•Execute defect analysis, fault isolation, and failure investigations to identify root causes and assess impact on yield and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
•Ideal experience 3 years in semiconductor industrial environments with HVM manufacturing process flow knowledge.
•Open to fresh graduates with strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing.
•Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams, especially US stakeholders.
•Willingness to work in a shift-based model including non-standard hours.
