Cost Manager- Pharma/ Industrial Construction Projects

Manage cost planning and estimating across the construction lifecycle for pharma and industrial projects, acting as the day-to-day client interface. Lead pre- and post-contract cost activities including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, valuations, and final accounts. Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, support feasibility studies, and help manage time, cost, and quality targets through effective change control and governance.
