Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for members using established guidelines and a virtual-first workflow. Manage a caseload of moderate-to-high complexity losses, coordinate with vendors and partners, and handle coverage analysis, SIU referrals, and documentation. Conduct virtual inspections and in-person loss inspections within your assigned Brevard County territory, supporting CAT response as needed.
