Job Summary

Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles in China, partnering with R&D, Engineering, and Product Portfolio leaders to understand workforce needs and build sustainable talent pipelines. Execute sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, and offer management across software engineering, product, data, cloud/DevOps, and AI positions. Provide market intelligence, improve candidate and hiring-manager experience, and support diversity priorities while reporting on recruitment performance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with R&D, Product Portfolio, and Engineering leaders to understand organizational priorities, workforce plans, and technical hiring requirements in China.
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer management, and hiring follow-up.
•Develop tailored recruitment and sourcing strategies for technical roles such as C#, .NET, Angular, Cloud/DevOps, Software Architects, Product Managers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI-related professionals.
•Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to support current hiring needs and long-term growth in China.
•Provide guidance to hiring managers, deliver market intelligence, monitor recruitment performance metrics, and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•More than 8 years of relevant recruitment experience, including substantial experience recruiting for technical, software engineering, product portfolio, or R&D positions.
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Good understanding of software development (full stack), product portfolio management, and commonly used technology disciplines and skill sets.
•Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality technical recruitment within a multinational technology, industrial software, engineering software, or enterprise software organization.
•Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder-management, candidate-management, and communication skills.
