Mitarbeiter Auftragsabwicklung Aftersales (m/w/d)

Handle aftersales order processing, from creating and updating offers for retrofit, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts to receiving and processing customer orders. Coordinate and track goods shipments, manage customer communication and maintenance contracts, and monitor open invoices. Optimize department workflows and produce statistics and reports. Serve as the SAP key user for aftersales and support commercial processing of service visits.
