Job Summary

Lead the Specialized Account Services Team supporting the WSO (Wall Street Office) platform for syndicated loan operations. Own client-facing workflow coordination, data reconciliation and validation, exception monitoring, and timely issue resolution. Act as a subject matter expert across solutions and services, engage directly with senior client stakeholders, and drive research projects that improve cross-product integrations, operational workflows, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team responsible for client-facing operations, data research, and processing functions for Specialized Account Services.
•Coordinate workflows and drive timely issue resolution across teams, including data reconciliation and validation of trades and positions.
•Review and maintain asset and contract data, support new deal creation, and process amendments to investigate discrepancies.
•Monitor and resolve exceptions and perform syndicated loan maintenance while adhering to processing deadlines and operational standards.
•Lead research initiatives and projects for cross-product integrations and workflow enhancements, including client engagement and project presentation coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 annually
