Dispatch Specialist I (French role) (m/f/d)

Act as the first point of contact for customers in Canada and field service professionals. Manage calls and emails, create work orders/service appointments in Salesforce based on issue specifics and entitlements, and handle dispatching and re-scheduling. Monitor schedules, acceptance windows, rejected appointments, customer portal cases, and field-service generated cases while maintaining and updating standard operating procedures and service appointment reporting.
