Key Responsibilities

•Supervise all clienteling activities of the store staff and define a development plan for each Client Advisor
•Perform weekly and monthly customer and KPI analysis to monitor the store CRM performance
•Assist the Store Director in designing the CRM action plan considering business needs and event calendar
•Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on Clienteling and Retail KPIs, providing development plans
•Design and implement action plans focusing on data collection, local client retention and brand loyalty

Key Requirements

•Experience in luxury retail clienteling or CRM implementation and management
•Strong leadership and people-management skills with ability to develop individual staff plans
•Proven ability to analyze customer data/KPIs to improve CRM performance
•Exceptional customer-focused mindset with ability to recruit and grow VIP client base
•Collaborative attitude to work with Store Director and Local Retail teams on CRM initiatives
