•Provide strategic finance controlling leadership for transformation and digital journeys, shaping systems and processes for future decision-making.
•Manage a team of 5 and oversee planning and forecasting (OP/Budget, rolling forecasts, and 3-year forecasts).
•Own recurring costs, chargebacks, intercompany cost rebalancing, and savings tracking across transformation portfolios.
•Serve as a finance focal point for CFTs and support improvement initiatives targeting cost savings.
•Ensure governance for major digital projects (e.g., NewERP/DDMS), including business case safeguarding, monthly reporting, and capitalisation alignment.
