Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, configure, and optimise the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, scripting, and automations aligned to business objectives.
  • •Support and lead expansion of ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM and IRM modules, shaping the platform roadmap and future-state architecture.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritise enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ITIL and governance requirements.
  • •Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, and platform governance.
  • •Support platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, release management, documentation, service continuity, and operational support for critical ServiceNow applications.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including ITSM and/or IRM or related platform capabilities.
  • •2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, workflow development, integrations, and platform customisation.
  • •Experience delivering ServiceNow enhancements and projects in an enterprise or complex operational environment.
  • •Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
  • •A current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, and Defence security clearance is required (Australian citizens eligible to obtain and maintain clearance).
