Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce-centric solutions for revenue and growth operations, including Agentforce orchestration, prompt templating, Data Cloud integration, Apex, LWC, and integration layers.
  • •Architect high-scale enterprise integrations using Platform Events, CDC, and REST/SOAP APIs to enable real-time data flows across the business.
  • •Develop features that integrate Salesforce structured/unstructured data with downstream AI agents to provide faster insights and decision-making.
  • •Deploy and monitor Salesforce-integrated products with a focus on agent observability, telemetry, and auditability.
  • •Architect distributed systems and write backend middleware (Java/Python) for real-time synchronization and reliable CRM-to-cloud data exchange, while championing DevOps best practices and mentoring teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of enterprise software development experience building scalable, fault-tolerant, CRM-integrated architectures.
  • •2–3 years hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and cloud platforms (GCP or Azure) connected to Salesforce.
  • •Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Shield, CRM data modelling, and high-volume data processing patterns.
  • •Experience with advanced Salesforce integrations such as Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and complex REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • •Experience writing optimized SOQL/SOSL and building clean, testable backend middleware in Java or Python (e.g., Apache Camel, MuleSoft) bridging Salesforce and external services.
