Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in month-end close activities, including revenue analyses, booking journal entries, account reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
  • •Analyze sales transactions in ERP systems to ensure accuracy of revenue data and integrity of revenue schedules, including revenue allocations.
  • •Review and validate revenue streams and contract write-ups to support appropriate revenue treatment under ASC 606 and related reporting requirements.
  • •Establish and maintain standalone selling price ranges and methodologies, and manage quarterly review and year-end audit execution with external auditors.
  • •Provide functional oversight to Revenue Analysts and deliver executive-level revenue analytics, partnering with OTC and FP&A on cross-functional initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in revenue operations/revenue recognition in a public, high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • •Experience with revenue operations, revenue recognition, and reconciliation processes using sales data, customer contracts, and new product offerings.
  • •Working knowledge of ASC 606, including SaaS and usage-based revenue models.
