Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate the program technical and programmatic solution into the IMS baseline plan so cost, schedule, and technical requirements are fully integrated into execution.
  • •Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to achieve cost and schedule integration.
  • •Ensure program plan and IMS are developed consistent with IPDS and the program lifecycle; review IMS planned work for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Create and apply program management plans/artifacts (HUM, MPS, First Unit Flow) and conduct Schedule Risk Analysis with interpretation for program teams and mitigation integration.
  • •Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics (schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path, schedule variance, network logic validation) and mentor/train junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advance degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • •Prior experience using scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Prior experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Prior experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • •Ability to review IMS planned work for accuracy and identify missing or improperly planned work.
