Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end oversight of strategic initiatives, executive priorities, and cross-functional projects across the Film Studio asset.
  • •Manage the General Manager’s strategic agenda, leadership priorities, action trackers, decision logs, and executive follow-ups.
  • •Establish PMO governance routines, reporting standards, milestone tracking, and escalation mechanisms.
  • •Track risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and corrective actions across operational, commercial, financial, and corporate workstreams.
  • •Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials; coordinate cross-functional alignment and stakeholder requests to ensure timely ownership and progress visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or related field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, PMO, project management, transformation, management consulting, or executive office roles.
  • •Experience managing complex cross-functional programmes and senior stakeholder interactions.
  • •Ability to work with executive leadership and support senior government and corporate interfaces (preferred).
  • •Strong PMO governance, executive reporting, and decision-support capabilities.
