Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs for regulatory and industry compliance.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and audits, identifying hazards and recommending controls to mitigate incidents.
  • •Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and manage corrective action planning to prevent recurrence.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, contractors, and stakeholders to build a strong safety and environmental culture.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Level 6 Diploma in OHS.

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of HSE management principles, risk assessment/management, and international/local HSE legislation.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
