ELYSIS - Conseiller(ère) RH / HR Advisor (Remplacement - 12 mois)

Lead HR support and execution for ELYSIS across functional, industrialization, and technology departments. Serve as primary HR point of contact, manage end-to-end recruitment (including internships) with a strong candidate experience, and coordinate key HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation updates, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, and workforce planning. Drive continuous improvement by harmonizing joint-venture HR practices, structuring documentation and governance, and reporting relevant HR KPIs, while partnering with the HR Director.
