Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure raw materials and required components are available in line with the production schedule; coordinate shortages and potential supply risks.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end intermediate inventory flow between the production site and an external warehouse, including monitoring open transfers and delays.
  • •Create and maintain STOs and related SAP system transactions; ensure SAP, planning tools, and physical inventory flows remain aligned.
  • •Monitor daily execution against agreed production and inventory flow plans, identify deviations early, and coordinate corrective actions across functions.
  • •Support inventory reconciliation and escalation of risks affecting production, inventory availability, or customer service, while improving the operating model.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •2–5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, scheduling, or manufacturing supply chain execution.
  • •Strong SAP experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment; OMP or other advanced planning tools a plus.
  • •Good understanding of how production schedules, material availability, inventory, and logistics flows connect.
  • •Strong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.
