Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, operate, and evolve the Unified Communications platform across Cisco Webex RoomOS/room systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms, improving meeting reliability and observability.
  • •Build and maintain integrations using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and REST APIs to keep UC systems in sync with identity, calendaring, and IT service platforms.
  • •Develop and extend full-stack UC-domain tooling, including monitoring, admin tooling, and user-facing products with AI-assisted capabilities.
  • •Operate and enhance Cisco Webex RoomOS and room systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms, including provisioning, policy, firmware lifecycle, and incident response.
  • •Automate administrative and operational work using JavaScript, Python, Bash, and generative AI tools (MCP, inference, LLMs) and partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues across rooms, clients, cloud services, and the network path.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in full stack development, Unified Communications, collaboration engineering, or a closely related software development role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Hands-on software development with UC domain knowledge of Cisco Webex RoomOS/room systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms, plus enterprise meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams meetings, Zoom, and Gmeet.
  • •Practical experience supporting the employee collaboration estate (scheduling/joining meetings, hybrid room-to-desktop interoperability, calendaring, client policies, and user experience across chat/calling/video).
  • •API integration experience including Microsoft Graph and PowerShell, plus automation and troubleshooting with Python and Bash.
