Assistant Manager, Scottsdale

Lead daily operations at a Hermès Scottsdale boutique by partnering with the Managing Director and Floor Director to drive sales, identify business opportunities, and expand client development. Supervise and coach sales staff, ensure CRM and client capture standards are followed, and support inventory and profitability goals. Monitor scheduling and attendance, help run seasonal trainings, assist recruiting and interviewing, and step in to run the floor during leadership visits.
