Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers by providing a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and building client relationships daily.
  • •Educate guests and staff on ALO product, community, and culture; deliver product education across features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipment and product flow, execute front/back-of-house procedures in line with company policies, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
