•Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
•Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax Video.
•Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies.
•Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements; experience creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria.
•Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
