Own the end-to-end deal desk process for an enterprise cybersecurity SaaS business, ensuring the right structure, pricing, and terms from quoting through approvals and bookings. Serve as the escalation point for complex transactions while enforcing approval matrices and discount guardrails. Lead the transition from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced with a mid-August 2026 go-live, drive deal desk KPIs, and automate workflows while leading and developing a small team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end deal desk operations including quota creation, quoting, approvals, and bookings across the enterprise portfolio.
•Escalate and govern non-standard, complex transactions while balancing growth against financial and legal guardrails.
•Operate and manage the CPQ-to-RCA transition, ensuring continuity and adoption through the mid-August 2026 go-live.
•Enforce approval matrices and pricing guidelines across deal types, segments, and regions.
•Lead and develop Deal Desk Analyst talent and collaborate with RevOps to optimize commercial processes and strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related functions with 5+ years in a leadership role (Director level) or 5-8 years with demonstrated leadership/ownership of a deal desk function (Manager level).
•Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, ARR/NRR, and revenue recognition principles.
•Salesforce CPQ experience required; Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) experience is a meaningful differentiator.
•Proven track record enforcing commercial policy while maintaining trusted relationships with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
•Experience managing complex, high-performing sales teams and pushing back respectfully and consistently; deal automation experience is a plus.
•Jira experience preferred.
