Job Summary

Lead portfolio optimization client engagements end to end by identifying opportunities, scoping and pitching proposals, and delivering recommendations based on client data and insights. Set KPIs, develop compelling presentations, manage project execution and governance, and collaborate with data science and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements, renew contracts, and support implementation when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and facilitate portfolio optimization discussions with clients to identify opportunities, scope projects, and deliver end-to-end activities to grow the client’s portfolio.
•Provide strategic and tactical consulting based on data and insights, including setting KPIs for initiative execution.
•Develop and present compelling project reports and presentations; at times support implementation at the client site.
•Build the fact base by interviewing clients and collecting/analyzing inputs such as client data, process flows, policies, competitive, industry, and environmental information.
•Manage project engagements using governance frameworks, mitigate complex issues, manage budgets/forecasts, and drive renewals/extensions based on results.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•Min. 10 years of career experience in financial services and payments, or issuer/management consulting experience is a plus.
•Experience in portfolio management from the issuer or fintech side.
•Proven track record delivering complex portfolio optimization initiatives.
•Proficiency analyzing data for data-driven decisions, with strong presentation and communication skills.
