Job Summary

Strategic, senior corporate communications role based in Paris leading the corporate discourse across France and international markets. You’ll monitor reputational risks, shape positioning, manage sensitive communications with press and stakeholders, craft speeches and Q&A, oversee agencies, and advise cross-functional teams on corporate and reputation topics, driving consistent messaging for a globally recognized luxury Maison.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor reputational risks continuously and produce analyses and position notes on societal and current affairs impacting corporate discourse.
•Prepare and manage sensitive communications in coordination with corporate leadership, press teams, social media, and subsidiaries.
•Contribute to defining strategy and corporate discourse by drafting speeches, talking points, and Q&A for national and international audiences.
•Manage corporate press relations with economic media and help define activation plans for corporate discourse with all communications teams.
•Advise and support other functions (retail, legal, sustainability, industrial transition) on corporate and reputational issues.
•Lead agencies and ensure cross-functional management of corporate topics with filiale references.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience in corporate communications and sensitive communications, in an agency or international group.
•Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
•Strong strategic vision, analytical capability, synthesis, and exceptional organizational rigor.
•Ability to manage multiple dossiers simultaneously with agility and responsiveness, including under urgency.
•Diplomacy, influencing skills, and excellent interpersonal relationships enabling effective cross-functional collaboration across a multinational organization.
