Tool & Die Specialist - 2nd Shift

Maintain, repair, and modify plastic injection molding and die-casting tools, ensuring safe, efficient disassembly/assembly. Fabricate and repair mold components such as cores and cavities, perform detailed hand work, and troubleshoot alongside production and maintenance teams. Create and maintain mold spare parts lists while implementing proactive systems to reduce defects and improve productivity. Support design and process engineering with tooling feasibility and scrap/cycle/downtime reduction.
