Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct data analysis on material availability to identify shortages, inventory risks, and ordering improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead routine Kanban audits and support Kanban replenishment by reviewing inventory levels and recommending stocking adjustments.
  • •Assist with ordering advanced purchase materials and expediting critical components to maintain production schedules.
  • •Work with Shipping and Receiving to verify material receipts, resolve discrepancies, and improve receiving accuracy.
  • •Support logistics and inventory accuracy by resolving shipment discrepancies, managing damaged material requests, and helping with quarterly physical inventory pre-work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and currently in, or entering, senior year.
  • •Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • •Candidate must reside within 50 miles of Windsor, CT.
  • •Basic knowledge of supply chain functions in a manufacturing environment (engineer-to-order, material planning, Kanban, inventory management).
  • •No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
