Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the management and performance of client partner services contracts, ensuring accountability for contract performance and service execution.
  • •Resolve contract-related issues to maintain seamless service delivery.

  • •Govern quality assurance and compliance across all service areas, embedding contract management standard operating procedures.
  • •Manage onboarding and deployment of resources and foster collaboration with client organisations and stakeholders across complex delivery environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven progressive experience in contract management within major capital programmes, ideally in transport, utilities, energy, or construction.
  • •Significant experience managing contracts across the full project lifecycle, from procurement and mobilisation through construction, close-out, and post-completion review.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, multi-disciplinary programmes with multiple stakeholders, contractors, and delivery partners.
  • •Strong leadership and coordination experience with large, multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple technical requirements to drive efficiency.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
