Sales Support Associate II

Support the store’s success by welcoming customers, operating the POS accurately, and keeping the cash wrap and sales floor well organized. Handle shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates. Serve as a brand ambassador, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted. Maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards while assisting customers and partnering with the team or management as needed.
