Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the APJC Programs Office and establish the operating model for regional strategic program execution across the APJC Technology & Strategy Office.
  • •Convert strategic priorities into programs with milestones, ownership models, and measurable outcomes in partnership with senior leadership.
  • •Build and manage governance for strategic initiatives, including program reviews, executive reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation decisions.
  • •Guide and develop program management resources (including the Senior Programs Manager) to drive disciplined execution across concurrent initiatives.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure programs connect to regional business priorities and benefits realization, creating executive-ready dashboards/materials and resolving execution gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors + 15 years, Masters + 12 years, or PhD + 8 years of related experience.
  • •4+ years of supervisory, program leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience.
  • •Experience leading regional/global strategic programs, transformation initiatives, business operations, or chief-of-staff style functions in a technology organization.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise software and go-to-market execution, including technical sales, customer success, partner ecosystems, or field operations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex program portfolios, establish governance models, track outcomes, and communicate effectively with senior executives.
