Key Responsibilities

  • •Own TCAM and SRAM architecture and circuit implementation on advanced technology nodes.
  • •Execute memory design flows including design architecture, circuit implementation, layout supervision, compiler automation, characterization, model generation, and database QA.
  • •Design and develop memory circuits, creating detailed schematics and simulations to validate design functionality.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and senior engineering teams to support product development, integration, and prototype testing/debugging.
