Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and energize the Security Guardians initiative by creating learning spaces and promoting security culture for development communities.
  • •Design and implement backend software solutions that enable adoption of security practices and controls by development teams.
  • •Identify needs and propose technical initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity knowledge and maturity across the organization.
  • •Analyze adoption and participation metrics to guide decisions and improve proposed solutions.
  • •Build and maintain data processes, integrations, and ETL solutions to track the community, collaborating with security, development, and data teams to embed cybersecurity across the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Go and Python to build software solutions.
  • •Solid knowledge of information security, cybersecurity, and secure development practices.
  • •Experience analyzing data using BigQuery and designing integration solutions or ETL processes.
  • •Experience supporting and developing technical communities or technology-culture initiatives.
  • •Experience or knowledge using AI code assistants such as Claude or Codex to optimize development workflows.
