Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain high-volume, enterprise-level transactional systems.
  • •Build new API and platform features focusing on the backend, including integrations with new payment methods or fraud-detection vendors.
  • •Address developer and operational pain points in APIs for internal and external consumption.
  • •Collaborate with fellow engineers to estimate effort and plan product implementations; participate in and lead code reviews.
  • •Improve testing and CI/CD practices and contribute to a culture of growth and healthy discussion across a globally distributed team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong backend engineering fundamentals with the ability to design and implement scalable APIs and services for high-volume transactional systems.
  • •Experience integrating new payment methods or fraud-detection vendors and delivering platform features end-to-end.
  • •Ability to address developer and operational pain points in APIs for internal and external consumption; capable of leading code reviews and planning implementations from requirement documents.
