Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce and present the final cost plan; develop cost plans and updated estimates at design milestones.
  • •Review design services and contractor submissions; reconcile changes and ensure contractor data accuracy.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract variances, and change control processes including contingency and commitment tracking.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, support funding data presentations/value engineering sessions, and help negotiate final accounts. (SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.)

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of relevant construction industry experience.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong understanding of construction procurement, value management, and value engineering; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
