Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive topline strategic financial planning for the C&CP business with a long-term, product-focused lens.
  • •Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and GTM to deliver data-driven analysis for strategic initiatives.
  • •Build and scale agentic workflows and automation pipelines to reduce time-to-insight across recurring financial processes.
  • •Own financial reporting for key business metrics and continuously improve “run the business” reporting infrastructure.

Salary: USD 128,700 - 243,850 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical roles.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
  • •Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills with the ability to communicate clear, compelling narratives with numbers.
  • •Hands-on experience with automation tools, including Python scripting, LLM-powered workflows, low-code/no-code platforms, or building on AI APIs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
