Lead Balance Sheet Management reporting for IRRBB and CSRBB across multiple entities and regions, producing accurate forecasts and management reporting for net interest income. Key Responsibilities

•Prepare key IRRBB and CSRBB reports across multiple entities and regions.
•Provide analytical commentary and communicate IRRBB/CSRBB results.
•Execute reporting routines such as report building, testing, and implementation of new reporting requirements.
•Partner with global teams to deliver timely, controlled reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
•Work with technology teams to resolve data issues, implement new system capabilities, and drive process improvements.

Key Requirements

•6 to 9 years of experience in a relevant role in a financial institution, with strong knowledge of balance sheet and income statement concepts in a banking setting.
•Knowledge of basic interest rate risk principles and experience with banking products.
•Strong Excel skills (including advanced functions) and ability to use SQL for data work with data warehouses.
•Clear, concise verbal and written communication, comfortable escalating issues to management.
•Strong control mindset with attention to detail, including identifying risks and maintaining associated controls.
