Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a growth strategy for the International Dropshipping Program across five Latin American markets, focusing on market trends, customer demand, and competitive analysis.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as commercial, logistics, marketing, and product, to align on strategic priorities and optimize initiatives.
•Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the program and optimize initiatives accordingly.
•Identify and onboard key sellers to expand the dropshipping ecosystem, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
•Lead strategic projects to enhance seller and buyer experiences, ensuring alignment with Mercado Libre’s long-term vision and seamless execution across regional and local teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
•5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, category management, or international business development.
•Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel.
•Live in the US with a Visa and/or permanent work authorization
•Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
