Key Responsibilities

  • •Design for Testability (DFT) and own test engineering across all phases: POC/Proto/EVT/DVT/PVT, ramp, and mass production
  • •Architect, design, and deploy manufacturing test stations and processes; develop and maintain test software and automation in Python, C, C++, Rust
  • •Lead failure analysis and continuous improvement efforts to improve product quality, yield, and cost
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to define test requirements and oversee test readiness reviews
  • •Provide technical direction and mentorship to CM teams; communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or automation (assembly, inspection, test station design, or factory deployment)
  • •Hands-on experience developing manufacturing test software in Python, C, C++, Rust
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • •Experience supporting development builds and mass production with global manufacturing partners
  • •Willingness to travel 30–50% across domestic and international factory sites
