Application Support Engineer (C# / SQL)

Support a workforce management and shift scheduling application used to process schedules, calculate working hours, and generate customer data exports. Triage and investigate customer-reported issues, analyze application behavior, and determine whether defects or expected behavior are responsible. Write and execute advanced SQL queries, debug C# code, reproduce issues locally, and apply fixes and testing as needed while collaborating via email and ticketing systems.
