Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and HVAC systems at customer locations.
  • •Use hand tools, follow blueprints/engineering specifications, and use cutting-edge software and technology to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and condition to maintain security and accountability of company assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency using a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to safely work in physically demanding conditions (including ladder use, rooftops, and confined access areas) and to follow safety requirements.
