Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market. •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.89 - 40.34 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
•Technical School or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified examples).
•EPA Certification.
