Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee commercial transformation and investment governance initiatives through policy development, strategic evaluation, and project management.
•Prepare and update the investment strategy and monitor its implementation in coordination with relevant departments.
•Develop frameworks and plans for commercial transformation, including readiness assessments, carve-out initiatives, and financial structuring.
•Formulate and update policies, procedures, and guidelines for investment and commercial activities in line with objectives.
•Review franchise agreements and coordinate with the Legal Department; study legal impact of legislation updates and ensure UAE law compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment Management
•9+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (11+ years with a Bachelor’s)
•Ability to prepare and update investment strategies and monitor implementation
•Experience developing frameworks and plans for commercial transformation, including readiness assessments and financial structuring
•Experience reviewing franchise agreements and coordinating with Legal Department
