Serve as Fleet Client Services Specialist II supporting Cox Fleet customers by coordinating maintenance transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering proactive service. You will liaise with field operations, obtain approvals for repairs, and drive preventative maintenance scheduling to maintain fleets across nationwide service centers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician
•Ensure timely and accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems regarding each customer contact
•Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers and establish positive rapport
•Obtain customers' approval for all repairs and services to be performed
•Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals and coordinate with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians for accounts

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.17 - 27.31 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED with 3 years related field experience, or equivalent combination (up to 5 years) in related field
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels
•Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build positive relationships and be a trusted partner
•Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance a variety of tasks
•Strong Excel and data entry skills; ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems (Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer) and related tools
