Key Responsibilities

•Define project scope, milestones, and success measures for technical and non-technical Opex projects through to on-time, within-budget implementation.
•Support and lead Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) initiatives to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement.
•Analyze operational data and translate metrics into actionable decisions and measurable KPI improvements.
•Leverage AI tools and digital/low-code solutions (e.g., PowerApps, AppSheet) to build on-floor tools for daily operations.
•Maintain floor presence to drive change initiatives, ensure adoption of new processes/technologies, and provide training on continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related technical field (preferred).
•2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, high-volume fulfillment, or packaging sectors (highly preferred).
•Proven experience leading or contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, or technology implementation projects (essential).
•Strong practical knowledge of Lean methodology and standard work principles at Green/Yellow Belt level (essential).
•Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL (preferred).
