Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project scope, milestones, and success measures for technical and non-technical Opex projects through to on-time, within-budget implementation.
  • •Support and lead Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) initiatives to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Analyze operational data and translate metrics into actionable decisions and measurable KPI improvements.
  • •Leverage AI tools and digital/low-code solutions (e.g., PowerApps, AppSheet) to build on-floor tools for daily operations.
  • •Maintain floor presence to drive change initiatives, ensure adoption of new processes/technologies, and provide training on continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • •2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, high-volume fulfillment, or packaging sectors (highly preferred).
  • •Proven experience leading or contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, or technology implementation projects (essential).
  • •Strong practical knowledge of Lean methodology and standard work principles at Green/Yellow Belt level (essential).
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL (preferred).
