Key Responsibilities

  • •Support release management to deliver ECOM releases to first-party and public cloud environments as communicated to customers.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering Services globally to ensure deployment toolsets and workflows are secure, safe, and reliable.
  • •Engage SRE and engineering teams to resolve deployment issues quickly.
  • •Drive feature delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineers.
  • •Provide incident and problem management support (Sev0/Sev1, RCAs/technical reviews) and help plan agile release cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing a team responsible for developing and supporting enterprise-scale solutions.
  • •Experience with Scrum in an Agile Development environment.
  • •Strong understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with Release, Change, and Incident Management.
  • •Proven record driving software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, CI, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • •Working knowledge of application development using Java, Python, and/or Golang, plus cloud and container technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
