  • •Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CCE leadership to support transparency and long-term partnership success.
  • •Act as an internal SME for CCE-specific workflows, including case management models and member coordination processes.
  • •Coordinate internal execution of CCE needs with cross-functional teams (Benefits Administration, Member Services, Claims, Provider Network Management, and Operations).
  • •Facilitate business reviews, support implementation of operational improvements, and manage escalations that impact members.
