Key Responsibilities

•Scale our infrastructure by designing and evolving the AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, EventBridge) for 10x growth, multi-region HA, and data residency requirements.
•Own CI/CD and deployment by building and improving deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions), IaC (Pulumi), and release tooling to help product teams ship faster and safer.
•Own observability by building monitoring, alerting, and debugging across the stack with Datadog.
•Improve developer experience by building internal tooling, automating toil, and reducing friction so engineers can focus on shipping features.
•Code and build by contributing production-ready TypeScript across infrastructure and product features; establish strong patterns and reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 90,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of platform engineering experience in high-growth, cloud-native SaaS environments.
•Deep experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, EventBridge) and multi-region HA.
•Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Pulumi).
•Experience with developer tooling and improving engineer productivity; strong observability discipline (Datadog).
•Proficiency with TypeScript and contributing production-ready code across infra and product features.
